Client guests
Clients join your workspace for free and see only the projects you share with them. No more status emails: they can see where their work stands.
Client access01What clients see#
- Only the projects you chose for them, never your other clients.
- Never your team's other boards or internal projects.
02Invite a client#
On the Team page, invite them with the role Client and pick their projects. Step by step: Invite a client.
03Always free#
Clients never count as seats. The Team page lists them under Clients · Always free.
04Change or remove access#
To take access away, use Remove client in the menu on their row.
Tip Share a form with your clients for new requests. Every submission becomes a task in their project, so requests stop arriving as random emails. See Create a form.
