Mention a teammate

01Mention someone#

1. In a task's comment box, type @.
2. Start typing their name. The list narrows as you type.
3. Click the person, or press Enter to pick the top match.
4. Finish your comment and click Send.

The mention becomes their handle, like @priya.shah.

02Who you can mention#

The people in your workspace. Client guests are not workspace members, so they can't be mentioned; reply to them in the thread instead.

03What they get#

A sound alert if they have Taskift open, a push notification if they turned those on, and an email if they keep email notifications on. Each one opens the task.
