Dependencies
Dependencies show what a task waits on and what waits on it, so nobody starts work that is blocked.
Close-up01Add a dependency#
In a task, press D, or open the More menu and pick Add Dependency. Pick the task this one depends on.
02Read them#
The task's Dependencies section has two lists:
| Depends on | Tasks that have to be done before this one. |
| Blocking | Tasks waiting on this one. |
03On the Gantt#
In the Gantt view, press D to link bars by drawing from one to another. Esc stops linking.
