Affiliate program
Recommend Taskift with your own link and earn 30% of every payment a team you send makes in its first 12 months, paid to your PayPal every month.
01Join#
- Open your account menu and pick Affiliate program (or Account › Affiliate program).
- Type the PayPal email you want paid to.
- Tick I agree to the affiliate terms and click Join and get my link.
Your link looks like taskift.com/?via=your-name. Click Copy and share it anywhere: a post, a newsletter, a client onboarding email.
02When a team counts as yours#
- Your link is remembered for 60 days in the visitor's browser. If they create a workspace in that time, it's yours.
- If a visitor used more than one affiliate link, the last link wins.
- Teams that sign up through your link start with an extra free month on their trial.
- Your own workspaces, and workspaces you belong to, never count.
03What you earn#
You earn 30% of every payment the team makes during its first 12 months on a paid plan, add-ons included. The 12 months start from the team's first payment.
Each commission is on hold for 30 days in case the payment is refunded, then shows as Ready to pay. A refunded or disputed payment removes its commission. If you were already paid for it, it comes off your next payout.
04Getting paid#
Payouts go to your PayPal on the 1st of each month once Ready to pay reaches $25. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month. You can change your PayPal email on the Affiliate program page at any time.
05Your dashboard#
The Affiliate program page shows visits to your link, how many teams signed up and how many are paying, what you've earned, and what's on hold, ready and already paid. The Earnings list shows each payment and its status. Team names show only after they start paying.
