API
Tokens let Claude, scripts and other tools work on your board through the Taskift API or MCP. Each token acts as its agent user.
01Where to find tokens#
Click your board's name at the top left, pick Board Settings and open the Services tab. The API and AI tools card lists every token with its agent, when it was last used, and a Revoke button. Only the workspace owner and admins can see and make tokens.
02Make a token#
Click New token, or + Token on an agent under Agent users. The full token shows once, so copy it straight away.
03Use a token#
Send the token with each request in the header Authorization: Bearer tkn_.... Everything the token does is recorded under its agent's name.

Heads up A token works like a password. Revoke it the moment it might have leaked.
