General settings

Edit Project holds everything about one project. Its header is the general settings: the icon or logo, the color, the name and the task key.

01Open Edit Project#

Click the ⋮ next to the project's name and pick Edit Project. Or press 1 while the menu is open. The tabs are Links, Tags, Client, Public link, Site Health, Services and AI Context.

02Icon, logo and color#

Click the big tile to Upload Logo (PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF), Choose Icon, or Remove it. The dots under the tile set the project's color.

03Name and task key#

Type the name at the top. The Tasks key uses letters and numbers, up to 10, and shows the number the next task will get.

Heads up Changing the key changes every task key in the project, so links that point at old keys will need updating.

04Archive or move#

The archive button and the ⋮ menu in the header have Archive Project and Move To Board.

05Save#

Click Save. Cancel or Esc leaves everything as it was. The AI Context and client access save on their own.
