Plans and add-ons
What Taskift costs, what's free, and the add-ons you can switch on when your clients need them. Only the workspace owner sees Billing.
01Plans#
Taskift is $5 per user a month billed annually, or $6 billed monthly. Annual works out to 2 months free.
- Paid seats are the owner, admins and members.
- Client guests are always free, however many you invite.
- AI agents: the first 3 are free, and annual plans get a 4th free. Each agent after that is a paid seat.
- Every plan includes 500 AI credits a month.
Choose a plan in Workspace › Billing with Choose your plan. Checkout happens on Stripe's page, and Manage billing opens Stripe to change your card or plan later.
02The free trial#
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with everything unlocked and no card needed. When it ends, the workspace turns read-only until someone subscribes: you can still open and export everything, and nothing is deleted.
03Founder price#
Teams that subscribe during early access keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed. You'll see Founder price locked under your plan in Billing.
04Add-ons#
- Site Health: $9 a month ($108 a year on an annual plan). Watches up to 25 client sites instead of 1. Turn it on or off in the Add-ons card; Stripe prorates the change. How Site Health works.
- AI credits: 500 for $5, 1,500 for $10 or 3,000 for $15, one time. They're used after your monthly credits and never expire while your account is active.
- Done-for-you setup: $99 one time. We import your projects, set up statuses, tags, an automation and your team within 2 business days. Book it from the Add-ons card, or tick Set it up for me when you choose your plan.
- White-Label Portal: $15 a month, coming soon. Your logo, colors and domain on the client portal.
