Install Taskift as an app on your phone or computer

Taskift runs in your browser, but you don't have to keep it in a tab. Install it once and it gets its own icon, opens full screen without the browser bar, and starts with the Taskift launch screen. It's the same Taskift you use on the web, so there's nothing extra to update.

1. Android

1. Open app.taskift.com in Chrome and sign in.
2. Tap Install Taskift when Chrome offers it, or open the ⋮ menu and tap Install app.
3. Tap Install. Taskift appears on your home screen and in your app drawer.

2. iPhone and iPad

1. Open app.taskift.com in Safari and sign in.
2. Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
3. Tap Add. Open Taskift from its new icon from now on.

3. Windows and Mac

1. Open app.taskift.com in Chrome or Edge and sign in.
2. Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install Taskift.
3. Taskift opens in its own window. Pin it to your taskbar or dock like any other app.

4. Turn on notifications

Once Taskift is installed, turn on push notifications from your account menu. You'll hear about @mentions, tasks assigned to you and reminders even when Taskift is closed. On an iPhone, notifications only work from the installed app, so add it to your home screen first.
