Starter rules

Rules run when a task is added or changes, or when a due date gets close. Rules that assign a person start out assigning you; pick the right teammate in Automations.

Whena task moves to Waiting on client, set its due date to 3 days out
Whena due date is 1 day away, send me a heads-up
Whena task is added from the intake form, tag it Request

Is the template free?

Yes. Templates are included with Taskift. Pick one when you create a project, then change anything you like.

Can I change the statuses and tasks?

Yes. Statuses, tasks, milestones, the form and the rules are all yours to edit once the project is created.

Can my client see the project?

Yes. Invite the client as a free guest and they see only this project.
