Refund Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
We want Taskift to earn its place on your team. If it doesn't, you can ask for your money back. Questions: hello@taskift.com.
Two weeks to change your mind
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge, whether it was your first payment or a renewal. If you started with a free trial, the 14 days count from your first paid charge, not from the day you signed up. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, for the full amount of that charge.
A refund ends the plan right away
When we issue a refund, the subscription it paid for is cancelled at once and the workspace loses access to the paid plan immediately. If you would rather keep working until the end of the period you paid for, cancel instead of asking for a refund.
Cancelling is different
Cancelling stops the next charge. Your workspace keeps every paid feature until the end of the current billing period, and the plan ends then. Nothing is refunded for the time already paid for, and you can resume before the period ends.
When we can't refund
- Charges more than 14 days old.
- Accounts with repeated refund requests, or signs of abuse or fraud.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service.
- Done-for-you setup once the setup work has started.
How to ask
Email hello@taskift.com from the address on the account, with the date and amount of the charge (a receipt or screenshot helps) and a line about why. We reply within a few business days. Once a refund is approved it is sent straight away; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change, and a change never applies to a charge made before it.
