Tickets, recurring maintenance and onboarding checklists for every client, on one board. Built by people who ran an MSP, for small IT shops that do not need a full PSA.
The board
Five statuses for ticket work. The cards are examples; your tickets drop straight in.

Questions
Is this a replacement for a PSA?
For a small shop, often yes. Taskift handles tickets, recurring work and client visibility. It does not do billing, contracts or RMM.
Can each client see only their tickets?
Yes. Invite each client as a free guest and share only their project.
How do recurring tasks work?
A schedule rule creates the task daily, weekly or monthly. Quarterly work starts as a dated task you move forward.
Can I save my own version?
Yes. Save any project as a template and reuse it for the next client.
