The Taskift White-Label Portal puts your agency's logo, colors and domain on everything a client sees: the portal, the sign-in page and the emails. Clients follow progress and approve work at portal.youragency.com, under your name.
$15 a month add-on for any paid plan. Client guests stay free.

Built for the phone too
Most clients open the email on their phone. The portal stacks into one column, the approve buttons stay big, and nothing needs an app.
What gets your brand
Set it up in four steps
- Turn on the add-on. Open Billing, then the Add-ons card, and add White-Label Portal for $15 a month.
- Add your brand. In workspace settings, open White-Label and upload your logo, pick your color and set the sender name and reply-to address.
- Connect your address. Enter a subdomain like portal.youragency.com and add the one DNS record shown. Taskift checks it and turns on HTTPS.
- Invite your client. Share a project with a client. Their invite, sign-in and portal all carry your brand.

Questions
What is the Taskift White-Label Portal?
An add-on that puts your agency's brand on the client side of Taskift: the client portal, the sign-in page and the emails clients get. It costs $15 a month and works on any paid plan.
Can my clients use my own domain?
Yes. Pick a subdomain of your website, like portal.youragency.com, and add the one DNS record Taskift shows you. The address goes live once the record checks out, with HTTPS included.
Will clients see the Taskift name?
Your logo, colors and name lead everywhere a client looks. A small Powered by Taskift line sits under the sign-in box, and you can turn it off in White-Label settings.
Which emails are branded?
Portal invites, project shares, approval requests and reminders. They carry your logo, your button color and your agency name as the sender, and replies go straight to your inbox.
How do clients sign in?
With an emailed 6-digit code on your address. No password to forget. Only people you invited can sign in there, and each client sees only the projects you shared with them.
Do clients need a paid seat?
No. Client guests are always free, white-labeled or not.
