Archive, unarchive and delete
Archive a finished task to take it off the board. Bring it back any time, or delete it for good from the Archive.
01Archive#
Open the task and click ⋮ in its header, or press .. Pick Archive Task. The card's ⋮ menu has an archive button too. A task with subtasks asks first, and its subtasks go with it.
02Unarchive#
Open the task from Archive. It opens read-only. Open its menu and pick Unarchive Task, then confirm. It goes back on the board.
03Delete#
Only archived tasks can be deleted. Open the task from the Archive, pick Delete Task and confirm. It leaves the archive for good.
Heads up Deleting can't be undone. The task's comments and files go with it.
