Delete project tasks
Delete a project's archived tasks for good when you no longer need them. Tasks on the board are never touched.
01Delete archived tasks#
- Open Archive in the view bar, or press Ctrl A.
- Click the ⋮ next to the project's name.
- Pick Delete Archived Tasks and confirm.
Taskift tells you how many tasks it deleted.
Heads up Deleted tasks are gone for good, with their comments and files. Unarchive anything you might need first.
02Delete one task#
To delete a single task, open it in the Archive and pick Delete Task. See Archive, unarchive and delete.
