Form branching
Branching shows a field only when an earlier answer calls for it, so people see just the questions that apply to them.
01Add a branch#
- In the form editor, find the field that should appear only sometimes.
- Set Show when to an earlier Choice or Checkbox field. Always means no branch.
- Pick the answers that show it. Pick more than one if any of them should.
A line under the setting spells out the rule in words.
02Try it#
Pick answers in the preview on the right. Branches open and close just as they will for the people filling it in.
Tip Ask What do you need? as a choice, then show Which page? only for Website change.
