Access modes
A form's access mode decides who can submit it: anyone, people who confirm their email, or only your team and clients.
01The three modes#
| Public | Anyone with the link can submit. Public forms are spam-protected. |
| Verified email | Submitters confirm their email with a code. No account needed. |
| Members | Only board members and guests can submit. |
02Files depend on the mode#
Members forms take up to 5 files of 100 MB each per upload field, of any accepted type. Public and Verified-email forms take one image or document, up to 8 MB.
03Forms for suggestions#
Public and Verified-email forms can also be the button outsiders use to suggest tasks. See Visibility.
