Appearance
Appearance sets how subtasks show in each view, the board's color, and sound alerts.
01Open Appearance#
Click your board's name at the top left and pick Board Settings. Open the more menu next to the tabs and pick Appearance.
02Subtasks#
Pick Board, List or Gantt, then set Display subtasks, Subtasks group sorting (subtasks sit right after their parent) and Subtasks nested (inside the parent's card on the board, indented in the list). This is where everyone on the board starts; each person can still change it in View settings.
03Board color#
Pick a preset or any custom color, and turn on Background accent gradient for a soft glow behind the board. Everyone on the board sees its color. The board's owner and admins choose it.
04Sound#
Sound alerts plays a short sound for a due reminder, an @mention, a task assigned to you, or a new comment or email on a task you're on. It's saved for you, on this device.
