Share a form

Every form has its own link. Send it, embed it on your website, or open it to try it yourself.

FIG 1Copy the link, copy the embed code, or open the form.

In the form editor, click the link icon next to Share to copy the form's address. Paste it into an email, a chat or your email signature.

02Embed it on a website#

Click the </> icon to copy a ready-made embed code, and paste it into any page on your site. The form shows right inside the page.

03Who can submit#

PublicAnyone with the link. Public forms are spam-protected.
Verified emailPeople confirm their email with a one-time code. No account needed.
MembersOnly your team and client guests can submit.

04Pause a form#

Switch Enabled off to stop taking submissions without deleting the form. Switch it back on any time.
