Account settings
Your account page holds your photo, name and profile, your notification settings, and the option to delete your account.
Account01Open your account#
Click your avatar at the far right of the top bar.
02Photo, name and profile#
- Photo: click Upload photo and pick a JPG, PNG or WebP. Square works best.
- Name: how you appear to your team.
- Profile: job title, birthday, location, a short intro, and links to your website and social profiles.
Fields save when you click away. Switches and the photo save right away.
03Notifications#
Taskift can tell you when someone assigns you a task, changes your task's status, comments, or a reminder comes due. Turn Email notifications and Push notifications on or off separately.
Close-up04Delete your account#
Click Delete my account and type your email to confirm.
Heads up Deleting your account deletes every workspace you own, with all of its boards, projects, tasks and files. This can't be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first.
