Tags
The Tags tab shows every tag on the board in one list. A change here applies to every project that has the tag.
01Open Tags#
Click your board's name at the top left and pick Board Settings. Open the Tags tab.
02How board tags work#
In Taskift each project keeps its own tags. This tab is the board-wide view: one row per tag name across every project.
| Add Tag | Adds the tag to every project. |
| Rename, color, icon | Saved on every project that has the tag. |
| Drag | Changes the tag order. |
| Remove | Asks first, then takes the tag off every project and its tasks. |
03Tags for one project#
To change one project's tags only, use Edit Project › Tags.
