Task style
Task style decides how cards look on this board: the color style, the two card buttons, the top row and the badges along the bottom.
01Open Task style#
Click your board's name at the top left and pick Board Settings. The first tab, Task, holds the task style. The preview at the top shows the result as a Card, List, Gantt or Calendar item, in any status.
02The options#
| Status Color Style | How the status color shows: Task Color, Color Line, Color Title, Color Dot or Color Corner. |
| Left Button, Right Button | None, Done, Next Status, Actions, Quick Edit or Archive. |
| Top Row | Task Key, Pin to Top and Priority. |
| Bottom Badges | Likes, Subtasks, Dependencies, Description, Files, Comments, Action Items and Client visible. |
| Compact Layout | Tags, assignee and dates share one row and the card gets shorter. |
03The default#
A new board uses Task Color, a status button on the left (it opens the status list; Shift-click moves to the next status) and the Actions menu on the right. The style is saved for the board, so everyone sees the same cards.
