01Open your statuses#

  1. Click your board's name at the top left.
  2. Pick Board Settings.
  3. Open the Statuses tab.

Changes save as you make them.

02Order#

Top to bottom in the list is left to right on the board. Drag a row by its handle to reorder. The Tasks Flow at the top shows the result.

03What each status has#

TitleThe name on the column and the task, like Review.
ColorUsed on the status chip and the column.
Max tasksA limit for the column. The New task button shows the count against it, like 3/4, and turns orange when the column is over.
Status typeNone, Initial, In-progress or Done. It tells Taskift where a task starts and when it counts as finished.
Good to know In Focus mode the Initial status is always the first column and Done is always the last.

04Add or remove a status#

Click + Add Status for a new one. To remove a status that still has tasks, Taskift asks where to move them first.
