Project details
Edit Project holds everything about a project in one place: its name, color and task key, plus links, tags, client details, the forms that feed it, and context for AI.

01Open Edit Project#
Click the ⋮ next to the project's name and pick Edit Project, or press 1 while the menu is open.
Close-up02Name, color and task key#
The card at the top holds the project's name, its color and its Tasks key. The key uses letters and numbers only.
Close-upHeads up Changing the key changes every task key in the project, so links that point at old keys will need updating.
03The five tabs#
| Links | The live site, the design file, the client folder. They sit one click away in the project's header. |
| Tags | This project's tags and their colors. Removing a tag takes it off the project's tasks. |
| Client | Client name, website, launch date and hourly rate. |
| Services | The forms that send tasks into this project. |
| AI Context | A short brief about the project. AI features read it so their suggestions fit the work. |
04Client details#
The Client tab keeps the basics about who the project is for. The hourly rate feeds Time & billing in Reports, and the launch date shows on the client's page.
Close-up05Save#
Click Save. Nothing changes until you do, and Cancel or Esc leaves everything as it was.
