Taskift Power-Ups: meet the Board Style pack

Taskift keeps one simple price: $5 a user a month, with clients free. Some teams want a little more, though, and it shouldn't cost everyone else. So we built Power-Ups: small add-ons you switch on for your workspace when you want them and turn off when you don't.

1. What a Power-Up is

A Power-Up is an add-on for the whole workspace. It's priced per workspace, not per person, so adding a teammate never makes it cost more. Every live Power-Up is included in the 14-day free trial, and you can turn any of them off at any time. Open Power-Ups from the workspace header in the app, or see them all on the Power-Ups page.

2. New: the Board Style pack, $2 a month

The Board Style pack gives every board its own look and makes progress a little more fun to watch. It has three parts:

Turn it on from Board Settings, then More, then Appearance. Each board picks its own background and aging settings. Public share links and client portals keep the standard look.

3. The other Power-Ups

Coming soon: Time to Invoice, Calendar & GitHub Sync and Advanced Automations. You can ask to be told when each one is ready on the Power-Ups page.

4. What stays in every plan

Power-Ups never take away what you already have. The client portal, Gantt and calendar, automations, forms, time tracking, recurring tasks, 3 free AI agents and free client guests are all still part of the $5 plan. Looking for board colors and reactions? Those are free too; see Make your board yours.
