A board you look at all day should feel like yours. Taskift now lets the people who run a board set its look, and lets everyone on it react in the style that fits the team.
1. A color for the whole board
Open Board Settings, then More > Appearance. Pick a board color, and switch on the accent gradient if you want a soft glow of it behind the board. Owners and admins set it; everyone on the board sees the same color, so you always know which client's board you're in.

2. Reactions your way
Under More > Reactions, turn task reactions on or off for the board and pick the icon: Like, Heart, Star or Fire. A quick reaction says "seen it, love it" without another comment in the thread.
3. Tags with icons
In the Tags tab, every tag can carry an icon next to its color. A rocket on "SEO", a wrench on "Setup", a brush on "Design". On a busy board, icons read faster than words.
4. Subtasks where you want them
Appearance also sets how subtasks start out in each view: shown under their parent or tucked away until you open the task. It's a board-wide default, so a new teammate sees the board the way the team set it up.
All of this is live now. The full list is in the release notes.
