Early access

Taskift is in early access. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted while we improve it. We will tell you about pricing before any charge applies to your workspace.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your members, client guests and AI agents do there.

Your content

You own what you put into Taskift. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export or delete it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Taskift to break the law, send spam, upload malware, harass people, or try to access other workspaces or our systems without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending use

You can stop using Taskift at any time. We may end or suspend access for a breach of these terms, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.

Warranty and liability

Taskift is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, FLCT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
