Taskift is a project management service made by FLCT (FL Computer Tech) in Florida, USA. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, and your profile name and picture if you sign in with Google or GitHub.
• Your workspace content: boards, projects, tasks, comments, notes, files and form submissions you or your team put into Taskift.
• Early-access requests: the details you give us when you ask for early access.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs our servers keep for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To run the service, sign you in, send the emails the service needs (sign-in codes, invites, reminders and notifications), keep the service secure, and answer you when you contact us. We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content to advertise to you.

AI features

If you use AI features, the content needed for that request is sent to our AI provider to produce the result. It is not used to train their models under the terms we use. AI agents you add to a workspace only see what their token allows.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of providers to run Taskift: hosting providers for our servers and website, Cloudflare for network security, Amazon Web Services for sending email, and an AI provider for AI features. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

The app uses a cookie to keep you signed in. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace content while your account is active. If you delete your workspace or account, we delete its content from the live service, and from backups as they roll over.

Your choices

You can see, export, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected] and we will help.

Children

Taskift is not meant for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
